Fine Elements Analysis

We carry out an accurate Fine and Element Analysis on all our projects to evaluate the performance of our products and ensure that they best meet the specific needs of the customer. In addition, our qualified staff is able to perform computational fluid dynamics calculations and create 3D drawings and projects.

Additive Manufacturing

Thanks to our extensive experience manufacturing ball valves, triple offset butterfly valves and globe valves, for any kind of severe service, we were able to introduce special trims, in order to extend and improve the performances of those valves. Now they can also be used as Control Valves.

We design and adapt our Control Trims to fit the application you need, achieving the most suitable control characteristic to your process. All LESLIE Control Trims are carefully CFD designed and analyzed with the meshing modeling in order to predict and avoid seat erosion and cavitation areas and to assure the best quality and the perfect answer to all your necessities.

Research & Development

Our R&D activities are mainly developed in two different directions:

3D printing 

Printing our models and designs allows us more accurate control of details, more precise study of all components and continuous improvement of all our products.

  • For control valves cages: with stainless steel, titanium and API6A qualified Inconel 625. The process and design has been developed and patented by OMB R&D Lab, University of Bergamo and University of Turin.
  • For control Triple Offset Butterfly Valves: with stainless steel, titanium and API6A qualified Inconel 625.

Cryogenic Test

LESLIE deals with cryogenic LNG service valves and gas separation, with particular experience in liquid oxygen and hydrogen. Our cryogenic service valves are precisely designed and field tested with accuracy.
