DuEx-Control - Segmented Control Ball Valves
The DuEx Control Valve is a double eccentric rotary control segmented ball valve that thanks to its features allows for isolation or control from one single valve design with high Cv characteristics. Leslie Controls has designed two DuEx versions for control: one with a characterized shape in the C-Ball and the other with a V-Shape Seat in different angles.
These valves are designed for those applications where you require good control in openings up to 40%, and where you need to have capacity of a full bore ball valve to handle large lows with low DP.

- Double eccentric: near zero friction seating, reducing torque and wear;
- Quarter turn with integrated actuator, pneumatic or electric: much simpler and effective automation vs rising stem valves;
- Inherently cavity free through a single seated design means no relieving device is required.
- Mechanically torque seated and springless design with fewer parts than traditional trunnion BV ofer lower operational costs and easier, less frequent maintenance
