DMBC
The BYVAP desuperheater steam device type DMBC is designed for accurate and economical control of steam temperature. The DMBC is a complete temperature control valve, which cools overheated steam by introducing water into the steam stream thanks to a high efficiency multi nozzle design.
This desuperheater can rely on simple operation and excellent spraying from high-quality nozzles, which greatly reduce the risk of water accumulation in the pipe and large turndown ratio.
The DMBC shall be designed:
- to have a metal/metal class V between the starry seat and the plug
without gaskets or springs, - to be installed vertically or horizontally, if the actuator is properly supported
- with high specification Vortex nozzles welded in place,
- with a driven plug with low friction segments,
- with high-strength stainless steel spray head
- class 1500
